Staff Empowerment
We have an in-house Training School where all our staff attend customer care courses. Regular refresher courses are facilitated to ensure that our staff are consistent in delivering value added services across all our client interface and back line areas.. The Training School has dedicated Managers who ensure that all training modules remain relevant and in line with developments in the market and dynamic customer requirements.
